Thunder and Lightning are your Aunts & Uncles
They will get your attention when you stray

Stones are for Stepping or Stumbling . . . your choice
They teach of Peace & Patience

Fishes and Whales are your greatest Teachers
Their message to you . . . Ride the Tides ~ Go with the Flow

The Great Sacred Earth is you Mother
Honor her and you shall be
well nurtured and cared for

Insects are your many challenges
They usually make more noise than their size warrants

Plants are your Guides ~ They show you to always
look to the Light and Dance in the breezes

Wind and Rain are your cousins
They nudge you along when you get side-tracked

Birds are your Goals and Dreams
They ask you to look up beyond your circumstances

Grandfather Sun rises up for You every day
All things are in cycles ~ Relax . . . Be at Peace
